| If you're having problems viewing videos, we recommend you install the latest Windows Media Player. If that doesn't work then you should install the DivX codecs next. Instructions are listed below.
For Mpeg and WMV videos
All the videos that are encoded as WMV files will play in Windows Media Player. You can download Windows Media Player for the following Operating Systems:
XviD Codec - Windows / PC
If you've installed Windows Media Player and still cannot view videos please download the latest XviD Codec which should enable you to view all types of videos.
XviD Codec - Mac Users
The XviD codec isn't yet available for the Mac, so to play XviD videos on your Mac you first need to install QuickTime and the DivX codec. Then you need to download and install the delegate component available for your Mac OS version:
Mac OS X - XviD codec for Mac OS X (5KB)
Mac OS 8/9 - XviD codec for Mac OS 8/9 (3KB)
[Problems? Visit the external XviD codec page directly here]
The .sit file contains a QuickTime component, which delegates the playback of XviD videos to the DivX codec installed on your system. To install the XviD delegate component on Mac OS X, put the XVIDDelegate.component file in the /Library/QuickTime folder and then reboot. If you're using Mac OS 8/9, put the XVIDDelegatePPC file in the QuickTime Extensions folder in the Macintosh System's Extension folder and then reboot.
Alternative Video Player
All AVI videos are encoded with Divx to reduce the file size as much as possible. The videos should play in your Windows Media Player however if you are still having problem please download the latest free Divx Player and Divx Codec.
